The short version
I'm a scale operator who builds the machine that runs the strategy. I step into complex businesses when the ambition is clear but the path isn't, find what's blocking growth, and build the team and cadence to keep it moving.
I spent a decade at Uber across four continents. I grew Grocery & Retail in the US and Canada from $1B to $4.5B GMV, ran operations for the $9B+ GMV EMEA Rides business through COVID, built JUMP bikes and scooters from zero to $150M in revenue, and took India from 15% to 50% market share.
Today I'm COO of Talkiatry and sit on the boards of LeafLink and Maxretail. I began my career at Roland Berger and hold an MBA from IESE and an engineering degree from KIT.
What I do
I step in when the ambition is clear but the path isn't. I work out where to play with the leadership team, turn the plan into owners, targets and a roadmap, and build the weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence that keeps the company on track after the plan is written. I work across go-to-market, growth, marketing, enterprise and SMB sales, product, operations and support operations.
Where the app is the easy part
Most operators grew up in one world. Software people know products, funnels and data. Operations people know warehouses, crews and regulators. I’ve spent my career where the two collide: digital products that only work if something real happens. A driver shows up. A bike gets repaired overnight. A shopper finds the last avocado.

How I work
Purpose matters. I’m an owner, not a renter. I need to truly care about the mission to do my best work, and I hire people who feel the same.
Ownership scales. I believe in empowering people to own their outcomes, celebrating risk-taking, and keeping a builder’s mindset, no matter how big the organization gets.
Curiosity compounds. I’d rather be wrong and learn why than right and standing still.
People multiply. I build teams and leaders, not just results. The real test is whether the team keeps winning after I leave.
